Wild persimmons are a special treat - a bit tart, yet deliciously sweet when transformed into rich persimmon pudding.

Tom and I have rehabilitated so many animals and at one time, we had a tiny group of possums who were unable to be returned to the wild. These possums absolutely loved wild persimmons.
